Group Rates

Our goal at Greywolf is to not only provide you with an exceptional golf experience, but to also provide you with rates that offer great value in order to make your event sustainable so you can plan to come back to Greywolf year after year.

Please see our prepaid group rates below. To receive the special rate you must purchase them in full by April 30, 2012. These green fees may be purchased in one transaction by the group leader or each group member may call and purchase themselves, providing the ultimate in flexibility

All groups of 8 or more are required to pay a deposit of $500 to secure tee times (cancellation policy details on next page). If your group decides to prepay for all their green fees, the $500 deposit fee will be waived.

*Holidays are: May 20-21 at 12pm, July 1-2 at 12pm, Aug 5-6 at 12pm, Sept 2-3 at 12pm.

All green fees include power cart, driving range, and group services. Groups of 16 or more are eligible for 1 complimentary green fee for the group organizer. If your group falls below 16 players, the free green fee is no longer offered.

Cancellation Policy:

You may cancel your group 14 days in advance with no penalty. Full refund of any deposit paid. You may cancel up to 50% of your group 48hours to 13 days in advance for no charge; players cancelled above 50% of the group will be charged in full to the event. Any cancellations made inside of 48hrs will be charged at full price to the event.

Weather Policy:

Your event will be considered on unless Greywolf Management decides to close the course. Greywolf Golf Course reserves the right to limit golf cart access to paths only during inclement weather.

When your friends and family find out that you are coming to play the best course in British Columbia you may find an overwhelming amount wanting to join in. Our group department can help you out. They will organize everything from your hotel accommodations to your golf tee times for Greywolf and other courses in the valley.
