Greywolf Golf Course - COVID-19 Update

The safety and well being of our guests and employees is a priority. During this critical time we’ve been closely monitoring the growth of the COVID-19 pandemic and are actively taking the required steps to ensure our team at Greywolf is knowledgeable and safe. This includes being aware of all updates from the World Health Organization that are pertinent to the virus and the steps to limit further exposure.

The Greywolf Golf Course has adopted multiple practices to stay COVID-19 safe. A zero tolerance approach will be taken if these policies are not strictly followed.

2020 COVID-19 Practices

Social Distancing
Everyone MUST practice Social Distancing of at least 2 meters from all patrons and staff members.

Your Health - Our Health
If you feel any symptoms such as Cough, Headache, Fever, or Difficulty Breathing, "PLEASE STAY HOME" and call 811.

Transactions
During this time there will be ZERO HANDLING OF CASH by either the Greywolf Pro Shop, Concession, or Food & Beverage Carts, or by any guest once onsite. DEBIT CARD or CREDIT CARD will be the only form of payment accepted.

Golf Course Procedures

Booking and Communication
  • Guests have been asked to arrive at the golf course with their cart partners, sharing carts is allowed
  • Guests will now be paired up ie. twosomes will play with other twosomes
  • Guests will be asked to arrive no earlier than 30 minutes before their tee time to lessen congestion around the facility

Arrival
  • Sanitation stations will be available at the front doors, concession and bathrooms (spray bottles and paper towel)
  • Guests will arrive at the bag drop, outside services will have carts sanitized, stocked and ready, guests will load their own bags
  • Tap limit has been increased to reduce touch points at check in
  • The driving range will open on July 3rd, small bags will be provided on request for golfers.  The practice green will be open with no pins and modified cups
  • Pro shop retail items will be available with full access to all items

On Course
  • The on course experience will be as close to "normal" as possible
  • Family members and guests arriving together may share a golf cart
  • On course washrooms will be open and cleaned/sanitized every hour
  • Bearproof garbages and recycling on course will be removed until further notice
  • GPS will show reminders throughout the round with reminders on COVID-19 protocols
  • Pins will be left in at all times, a lifting device is used to retrieve the golf ball
  • No sand bottles will be provided on carts or on course, please replace divots
  • No rakes will be provided for bunkers, preferred lies until further notice
  • Concession will be open daily for breakfast, lunch, snack and drink options
  • Stationary beverage carts will be available Fri-Sun

Post Round
  • Guests will be directed to drive the cart to their cars in the parking lot and return to the bag drop
  • Guests will leave all garbage and recycling in the carts post round
  • Carts will be thoroughly wiped/sanitized at all touch points after each round
  • Cliffhanger Restaurant is now open for Breakfast, lunch and Dinner
