Working Status:
To be part of the Greywolf Team which will create the best possible service and product that Greywolf Golf Course can offer. To provide services, assistance, direction, welcome and thanks, to the guest and member as they arrive and depart - two of the most important points of contact. Direct responsibilities will include; assist Pro shop Manager with new and returning staff by coaching and leading by example, manage Greywolf’s group business, assist the Pro shop manager with membership services, reservations, checking in of guests, retail sales, cash management and general duties.

Interacts with the Greywolf Management Team as well as all Greywolf employees and will have some interaction with other Panorama Mountain Village staff as necessary. At times interaction may be required with media or potential reporters and promoters of Greywolf. Most importantly contact with Greywolf guests and members.
Golf Privileges:
Greywolf staff receive the opportunity to play our fantastic course free of charge. We place no limit to the number of rounds any one staff member can play. Staff are also able to bring guests at a discounted rate.

Essential Functions:
- Assist Pro shop manager with daily operation of golf shop
- Operation of the tee time reservation system and its related functions
- Check-in of golfers on a daily basis
- Sales of retail product and knowledge of the same
- Display of retail products and inventory management
- Communication with starters and marshals
- Operation of all cash or financial transaction equipment
- Responsibility for the look and cleanliness of the Golf Shop and surrounding area on a daily basis
- Guest’s daily needs must be accommodated in the same way a concierge would function
- Other duties will be developed and discussed
Job Experience:
- Retail experience in a boutique type business
- Resort golf course
- Front-end service industry of any type
Special Skills/Equipment:
- Point of sales knowledge
- Reservation systems knowledge
- Golf knowledge
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
Physical Requirements:
- Must be physically healthy in order to stand the pressures of dealing with the public and staff issues
- This position also requires the ability to verbally communicate clearly
